Just finished a routine, maintenance and tuneup on two 19 year old Armstrong package units located in Wilmington, Delaware. These units have for sourcing better days even though they are still kicking and keeping the space warm. Both have issues with the compressor and being that it is r22 refrigerant, we recommend getting into the mindset of replace and not repair. The refrigerant alone is going to be almost as much as the repair if not more.
