Just finished a routine, maintenance and tuneup on two units that we installed in the Wilmington Delaware area. The gas fired furnace that we installed last year is looking fantastic, of course. And the heat pump in the attic had a few issues which we discussed with the homeowners and talked about plans to execute Some repairs. I don’t recommend replacement at this time being that the majority of the unit is still working perfectly fine! Just after a little TLC it will be up to par to our standards.
