Just performed a routine, maintenance and tuneup on a 12 year old icy P natural gas fired furnace in the Wilmington Delaware area. I didn’t recommend blower wheel cleaning in the near future, there is nothing wrong with the unit in my eyes. Which is always great news to relay back to the client!
