Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 13-year-old Goodman AC unit that we installed in the Wilmington Delaware area. I did find that the unit was low on refrigerant, which means that there is a leak somewhere. The levels were shown to be pretty darn low, so I gave them some options, including replacement fixing, and nothing at all. Which is always an option.
