Give up dear to install the new condenser electrical control board and after replacing the board found that the unit was not operating properly. I got on the phone with technical support which took a while to get through, but once I did re-started running through quite a bit of diagnostics to figure out what was going on. We came to realize that it is not the right control board for this unit. I called western to give them hell on ordering the wrong board. I spoke to Tony and verified that he’s ordering The right board as well as I got the part number that is needed so that this does not happen again when we receive the new board.
