WARRANTY CALL: The claim was that the master bedroom was not heating up as well as it once did or at all. What I determined was that the one zone valve control that controlled the master bedroom was set for zone six. When I made the call for heat on that zone I heard some chattering from that zone valve controller. Being that we freed up one zone by adding our heat pump air handler system which was on the other zone valve controller, I had to rewire the system and that specific zone to work off of the other zone valve controller. This master bedroom zone valve is now on the other zone valve controller and is still on the number six zone valve. I ran through the system thoroughly after rewiring the controllers and made sure that everything was functioning as it should as far as the air handler that feeds the master bedroom was turning on any heating as well as the in floor heat provided from the boiler.
