Upon Arrival tenant was concerned that every time the heater is on that they feel like they get sick. Turned on furnace and tested for carbon monoxide at furnace and through the vents and detected nothing. Also checked for,gas leaks and nothing. Also looked in duct work for rodents and or droppings and nothing. 80% Furnace Maintenance • Cleaned furnace • Cleaned burners • Cleaned flame sensor and sparker • Checked filter and it was recently replaced • Verified no gas or CO leaks • Blower amps 6.8 • Inducer motor amps 2.1 • Blower capacity MFD R:10 A:6.5 • Cleared pressure switch hose • Static pressure R/A .3" • Static pressure S/A .3" • Combustion Oxygen % 8.9 • Combustion CO PPM 33 Tried to get a hold of property manager to let them know my findings and no answer.
