Upon arrival found blower motor running but nothing on the condenser outside running, I found a failed dual capacitor. Replaced 50/5 compressor and OD fan capacitor and everything turned on normally. Checked filter and tenant just replaced it. Checked amp draws on blower motor 8.1 and checked blower capacitor R:10 A:9.9. Checked static pressure R: .22" S: .35" w.c.. Checked amp draws on compressor 14.1 and OD fan 1.3. Checked volts and resistance across contactor and found very high resistance with burnt contacts. Recommended replacing contactor and homeowner wants to wait. Will follow back up in a few weeks to do complete Maintenance on system!
