Recommended changing filter every 60-90 days depending on use. Told homeowner about maintenance program with discount on parts, labor and 24-7 service. Homeowner declined at this time. Registers reading 62 degrees with home at 85 degrees. Let unit run for approximately 20 minutes before leaving without issues. Unit cooling and functional upon departure.
