Air Conditioner Maintenance 1st visit • Cleaned AC • Vacuumed debris from condenser • Wash condenser coil • Torque Schrader cores • Tightened king valves • Check for refrigerant leaks at service valves • Clean filter grill • Replaced filter 20x30x1 • Condenser fan motor amps 1.6 and compressor amps 16.4 • Check contactor found very high resistance with burnt contacts • Blower cap MFD 10 and compressor and OD fan cap mfd 55/5 • Blower amps 5.3 • Inspect coil • Static pressure R/A .25" w.c. • Static pressure S/A .24" w.c. Replaced failing contactor and will service water heater in fall!
