Customer said furnace would not shut down. Upon arrival the furnace was off. Customer said she always had is with thermostat. Jumped unit out at furnace and furnace was operational and shut down normally. Recommend to replace thermostat. Quoted 298$ for basic thermostat. Customer declined. Turned power off to mobile home furnace at switch inside unit.
