Going to build the estimate for standard efficiency units, ML-180 furnace and a ML14XC1 air conditioner. Have all the information needed. The customer had too much stuff on top of the crawl access and was unable to move for inspection of the duct system. I did suggest upsizing the return from a 14’’ to atleast a 16’’ for better airflow. He informed me that he is waiting to hear back from his insurance company but they are taking to long to get back to him to let him know what they would do to help. I let him know that we do not work with insurance companies at all and he would have to pay us to move forward. He was not looking to make a decision today he’s waiting till he hears back from the insurance company. He was also interested in financing options.
