Upon arrival found that they had an electrician out to disconnect power to the water heater because it was leaking from the hot line and grounding it out. Due to size of the water heater and the space provided we need to go with 30 gallon tall electrical made for manufactured home which I could not find one. Called manufacturer home board to see if we could put a regular 30 gallon electric in it and left message for them to call me back. Homeowner is very understanding and willing to wait until I can receive all correct information.
