This was for the less-in-depth annual service. Although he did a very thorough job, it was not the deep-cleaning service that their more expensive plan provides. This is not meant as a complaint at all...just be aware that they provide both an abbreviated service (for a much lower price) and they also offer the more complete service for older systems or those that need extra attention. Robbie arrived on-time, very professional and friendly. Once all the work was done, he thoroughly explained the current condition of my systems in addition to recommended future work. Did not try to up-sell or convince me to purchase additional services or equipment.
