This was for the less-in-depth annual service. Although he did a very thorough job, it was not the deep-cleaning service that their more expensive plan provides. This is not meant as a complaint at all...just be aware that they provide both an abbreviated service (for a much lower price) and they also offer the more complete service for older systems or those that need extra attention. Robbie arrived on-time, very professional and friendly. Once all the work was done, he thoroughly explained the current condition of my systems in addition to recommended future work. Did not try to up-sell or convince me to purchase additional services or equipment.

Nick, who is one of the Senior Techs, came out to clean our AC unit and was so professional and explained everything to me. I made the call today and asked if someone could come out today and Jackie said yes. He showed me outside what the drain pipe looked like with sludge. He flushed it. The coils were okay and clean. He explained other things to me about the air conditioner. All in all a wonderful job and I will definitely use this company again and I’ll tell all my neighbors and friends as well.
