I completed a diagnostic service. I found that the blower wheel has come apart from the motor shaft and completely stripped the end that the shaft goes into. Quoting motor and wheel for this. A/C is located on the roof, advised client I would not be able to check anything on the A/C because there was no access to roof and I was not aware of rooftop unit beforehand.
