I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier AC unit and a Janitrol furnace. I found the the evaporator coil and filter plugged. I also found the contracted pitted and the dual cap was bad. I washed the unit. The system appears to be low on refrigerant, but the evaporator coil needs to be cleaned first. The condenser fan is also over amping and will most likely fail soon. I advised the customer the systems are at the end of their lives and recommended in placements.
