I completed the diagnostic checklist and found the filter clean. I alos found both 30A fuses in the disconnect blown. I replaced the fuses. System is cooling now but advised client the hotter it gets the more amps the compressor is gonna run at which could make it go out on overload. System ran for 20min with no issues.
