I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox AC unit. I found the condenser has a drier vent directly behind it, which caused the coil is be COMPLETELY clogged on all sides. I washed the coil. From what I see the system is running ok now, but if I were to guess, I'm thinking the blower motor went out which caused unit to freeze. The customer will wait for the unit to fail.
