I went to customers home to do a call back install service. I Found water in pan, pan is bent on 1 side causing the water to pour out of it. The reason why secondary pan has water in it is because main drain line is clogged causing water to drain out of evap and drain directly into secondary pan. Unclogged drain line the best I could, drain line is about 40ft long. No insulation on plenum causing it to sweat. Install is coming back out to uninstall furnace and reinstall it with a new secondary pan. And put insulation on supply. Will have install look at possibly runner a new drain line.
