I went to the customer's home to perform a service call on a Carrier AC unit. I found the blower speeds set to high and the filter dirty. I replaced the filter and added some coolant. 1 register closest to thermostat was partially closed. The thermostat is reading 2 degrees higher then the actual temperature. I recommended getting a new thermostat to see if that helps.
