It was 29° this morning, and our thermostat read 57°. We called our warranty company who finally got out here and submitted their request to fix a gas valve and it was denied. We quickly got on the phone and called MES, the company that installed our system and who maintains our system for us. I always research what repairs cost so as to know if pricing is in or out of line, and the MES price was right in line with a fair price for such service. Adam came out, assessed the situation, went out and got a part, came back, and our house is heating up right now. Thank you for your excellent service and professionalism Adam.
