I went to the customer's home to service a Carrier 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. I put a supply vent on other side of wall relative to the furnace box on Carrier electric furnace in downflow application and pushed out about a half inch from wall due to installer pushing box further against wall. I ran the system and it is operational at this time.
