When I arrived h/o as well as daughter is concerned about a high pitched whistle along which a sound on startup and after inspection I found indoor blower motor does make a sound on startup but couldn’t get the winding/ whistling sound but knowing that there’s only mechanical part that deals with airflow that could possibly make that noise. My diagnosis is the blower should be replaced. Informed homeowner of findings and diagnosis. No other problems or concerns.
