Prepaid maintenance on a 2010 Goodman heat pump split system looks like a 5 ton. The indoor unit has corrosion in several areas it also has water damage inside of the air handler. The outdoor unit the compressor is over ramping showing signs of failure. The king valve is actively leaking refrigerant this is 410 a . Suction side king valve needs to be replaced also the capacitor is starting to leak it needs to be replaced as well this is a 70/5 µF that would have to be ordered. Customer is asked to speak to a comfort adviser about possible replacement. Due to upcoming repairs efficiency age and overall condition recommend replacement of the system.
