Performed prepaid maintenance on two 2014 Rudd heat pump split systems. All systems are running OK I did find that the ductwork for the main floor has a lot of UV damage. The outer sheathing is getting very thin which is going to break down the inner insulation. Made homeowner aware of this issue. Outdoor units are in pretty good shape the muffler is corroding pretty heavily on the main floor unit. This will need to be replaced in the future and estimate is enclosed for this repair.
