Prepaid maintenance on two 2009 carrier heat pump split systems. The upstairs unit is working OK air handler is in relatively good shape there is some corrosion but it’s more surface than anything. On the outdoor unit the filter dryer is corroding and needs to be replaced. Filter dryer is not leaking at this time but this part will fail in the near future. The downstairs air handler is in really bad shape due to water damage and corrosion. The evaporator coil is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. The filter dryer on the outdoor unit has an active leak. The filter dryer needs to be replaced now, the system will have to be recharged with 9 pounds 410 a refrigerant. Estimate will be enclosed for filter dryer repairs on both units. Downstairs unit needs to be replaced due to overall condition age and efficiency. Customer has a home warranty which he will be using for repairs. He will call the office to set up a comfort adviser at a later time.
