Demand call on a 2009 carrier heat pump split system. Found the fan control board completely burned up this needs to be replaced. All of the wires that are associated with this board were burnt as well ,they all need to be cut back with all new ends put on them. The transformer will need to be replaced and possibly the heat kit.Customer has requested to speak to a comfort adviser about possible replacement due to the age and future repairs.Tim is scheduled for noon today.
