2015 Trane 2019 Ruud Downstairs Trane system checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout. Checked amp draw on compressor and fan motors. Checked capacitor. Checked safety switch. Unit is working properly at this time Ruud system is a straight AC with gas furnace. Everything is working properly with heat. In AC the outdoor fan motor needs to be replaced. The motor will start and run for a few seconds then cut out due to a bad module. Motor is under warranty. Gave estimate for labor repair.
