Super tuneup on a 2002 American standard heat pump split system. Overall the system is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. The air handler is starting to fall apart due to corrosion. Did a basic inspection of the ductwork it looks pretty good . I don’t see any tears in the ductwork and the trunk line is wrapped ,this is metal. Ultimately the equipment needs to be changed out ,customer asked to speak to a comfort advisor about possible replacement. Appointment is set for 3 PM tomorrow.Key is sitting on top of the electrical outlet to the left of the door. Office will call to collect .
