Performed routine maintenance on a 2020 Rudd heat pump split system for the upstairs and a 2011 train heat pump split system for the down. Upstairs unit is in perfect condition and running normally. The downstairs unit has several issues all revolving around corrosion. The evaporator coil is heavily corroded which looks to be at fail point. The outdoor unit has heavy corrosion on the copper that runs through the unit. Ultimately recommending replacement of the downstairs due to these issues.
