Call back on a 2016 Rudd eco-net system. Found system is throwing the same thermistor code. Need to order a new motherboard for the air handler new thermistor for the evaporator coil and the chip for the motherboard all three need to be put in at the same time to rule out issue These parts have been replaced and are under warranty no charge
