2014 system was found to have multiple issues. The system is currently low of R410a refrigerant due to leaks discovered in both the accumulator and evaporator coil. Additionally the system is mismatched and in capable of operation as designed; The upstairs air handler is a York with a standard tube and fin evaporator coil, while the outdoor unit is a Nordyne microchannel condenser coil. Repair of the current equipment is ill advised, the system is in need of a proper replacement.
