2/2017 Goodman system upstairs AH 2014 system maintenance. upstairs unit is very deteriorated due to age of air handler also condenser is very rusted homeowner wishes to replace system before rental season. Downstairs system is showing its age as well but is in better shape than the upstairs unit homeowner hopes to make it through rental season then replacing downstairs this fall.
