Prepaid maintenance on a 2007 train heat pump split system. Found on the outdoor unit a 35 µF capacitor was bad ,also a 10 µF was bad as well. Replaced both capacitors, found on the indoor unit the evaporator coil is in really bad shape due to corrosion . Also all the insulation in the floor of the air handler is heavily damaged due to water. Evaporator coil is at fail point and can leak at any time. Recommending replacement of system due to the use of old refrigerant as well as upcoming repairs . Customer will speak to his wife and let us know what he would like to do.
