2013 Bryant 2020 Trane Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout units. Checked amp draw on compressors and fan motors. Checked capacitors. Cleared drain lines. Checked filters, property manager is getting replacements. Checked condensate pumps. Units are working at this time. Filter drier on Bryant system is rusted and some rust on evap coil.
