Performed routine maintenance on a 1999 mortex system Unit is operating right now but the system is falling apart and deteriorating. High amp draws as well as a dirty evap coil which is extremely rusted. Was very careful to not cause an issue because of the systems shape and that it’s r-22 refrigerant. System needs replacement and is not likely to make it through the summer season Client is going to get with the owner about the home warranty
