Thermostat Preformed a maintenance on 6 units. Kathy wanted a thermostat installed, the thermostat was properly installed and tested, filters were changed, units are inspected, there is a sign of rust and bacteria, I wiped away what I could, float switches were tested and everything is working properly at this point in time. Kathy informed me that she will get the thermostat payment approved.
