Looked over system and found evaporator coil leaking. Client needs a new evaporator coil, defrost board and defrost thermostat. Quoted client on replacement part. Due to the age and condition of the system and the final phase out of r22 Freon January first, I highly recommend client look at investment options on new equipment . Completed overpayment.
