I have never had a technician so thorough as Wyatt. There were accessories on my furnace that weren't even working and no one had ever bothered to tell me for 8 years. Wyatt took me through each major part of the furnace and showed me some of the readings on his instruments so I would truly know exactly what was going on with each furnace. This was SO worth the low price. I also worked with another technician, Shay, who was knowledgeable as well, polite, and thorough. I will be a customer of Absolute Air forever now, just because I know they actually do what most companies just "say" they do and really don't. So impressed with this company!
