My house used to be a fire pit come summer time, but now my family and I feel as if we've hiked up to the top of mount everest. I had to cut off my big toe just to keep the frostbite from spreading any further when I kicked my right foot out from under the covers of my bed. We are so happy to be terrified by the efficiency of our air conditioner. This time last year we started to think we were actually satan's minions because of how hot our house was, but this year, with the new air conditioner, my wife and I cuddle up in our bed and pretend we're Jack and Rose as they float freezing in the glacier filled waters of the Atlantic Ocean in the movie Titanic.
