We paid for the a/c unit on completion and have yet to receive a receipt. Somehow the company can immediately send an email to review the company’s work, and then send another email the next day to review the company’s work when they don’t get an immediate response, but when we try to get a receipt for the work we have had done they are SLOW. When the work was completed we were told we’d be sent a receipt. It didn’t come by late afternoon that day so we called. We were told the receipt will come after our check is processed, which we were told yesterday would be that same day, but when we called again today we were told it will now be in 3 more days. Unimpressed - a receipt should be issued upon completion. 👎
