A fairly new service technician had a problem and blew out a part on my furnace. He was honest and told me immediately about the problem, he kept me informed as to how it was being resolved, which included a trip to get a new part and his supervisor coming to help. As always, Absolute Air, performed professionally, even in a difficult situation. I have no complaints just appreciation.
