I wasn't real happy with the plumber, but Ken made sure that communication was better with the remaining work. He even took the time to call and explain procedures without me even having to ask so that I knew what was being done and why. The installers were great! They kept me informed and so there were no surprises. The AC installers were here for two days and they couldn't have been nicer. Their work was fabulous! The insulation guys were equally as nice but, I didn't get as much of a chance to know them or see their work firsthand. It is so nice to have contractors that you can trust to do a good job!
