Porter W with Absolute Air came to my home to provide a furnace inspection & tuneup I scheduled the same day at Home Depot. The cost of the inspection & tuneup was $69. Porter went well above and beyond the call of duty in helping me! Porter spent over 2 hours (on a Saturday night an hour away from his home) going through every nook and cranny of my furnace to help me trouble shoot some furnace problems I was having and provided multiple options for me to consider to help me remedy my problems and save money. He even sat down with me to help me put some DIY items into my Home Depot mobile shopping cart so that I could take care of some things on my own. He was incredible thorough in explaining everything I needed to address with my furnace and how best to address it. I was so relieved to have had his expert help and grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile to serve me and my family. What an incredible person and company!
