Wyatt explained all that he had done and answered all our questions. He says our furnace is running great. We were pleased with that. I do have one concern. It seems like Absolute Air.tries to "up sale" during each service call. Today he tried to sell us an electrical surge protector for the furnace circuit at almost $300, yet when Absolute Air installed it last year as a total complete replacement there was no mention of a need for a surge protector. Recently we had Absolute Air.come to replace a leaking pipe on our water heater; we were told there were several items needed to bring it up to code. It cost over $600, about the same price as the original water heater parts and labor. There was no mention of all these items required by the building code when it was installed originally.
