I called AC Pros to come out and give me a quote for a new unit. They were able to get a guy here in less than 2 hours. They sent Emmanuel. And the reviews that I read about him being fantastic were all spot on. My unit was left by the previous repair man in an inoperable condition. Ok, it doesn't work. But Emmanuel came in and said let me just try to see if I can get it running for you to get some air for you. To which I started crying because I wasn't expecting him to go outside of the scope of just giving me a quote but he did. He's not only a great technician but he's a great human being. He got my unit to run and then he got started on getting me a quote. He was extremely thorough and I just know he knows what he's doing and I know he can be trusted to do a really good job!
