Completed with ac 3 on all 2006 trane r22 gas horizontal in attic, 2.5 ton master bedroom, 4 ton main downstairs, and 2.5 ton upstairs. All units poorly operating due to age and parts not being in a good condition. All evaporator coils are rusted that can start leaking refrigerant at any time, no secondary float switches, 2.5 ton master bathroom compressor pulling very high 10.16 out of 9.5 with a condenser fan motor shaking, very weak capacitor rated 40/5 reading 14/4 and putting contactor, 2.5 ton upstairs gas a fan motor showing wear, pitted contactor and main downstairs seems to be running okay other than rusted coil . Giving customer the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or units upgrade. Customer will wait for now
