Completed with heat 2 on 2020 Lennox upstairs and trane 2018 both gas horizontal in attic, both furnaces heating properly at this time of check up. Gave the option to do 2 duct cleaning level 2 since customer said they haven't done for the past 20 years. Customer is not interested on doing anything at this time.
