Paul was amazing, knowledgeable and very thorough with inspecting my HVAC’s. Highly recommend AC Pros for all your AC needs!!
Looked at the units in the house. The paperwork provided at completion of the inspection had several errors and incomplete.
Excellent company! Have been using them since 2000 exclusively the best. Great response, efficient and professional. All service technicians are knowledgeable and experts in this field
AC Pros always provides exceptional service. We have been utilizing their equipment and technicians since 2008.
Excellent Service since 2008. We have dealt with A/C Pros ever since our move to TX.
Justin came out promptly at 0800 and performed our heating units preventive maintenance. As usual quality service from scheduling through completion. Cannot say enough good things about AC Pros. Thank you Justin.
This company, AC Pros is top notch! Family oriented and owned. I would always recommend them to anyone needing AC work. We have been doing business with this company since 1999. That speaks volumes.
Bob is a very knowledgeable AC technician. He was efficient yet thorough in the preventive maintenance of our 2 units. He was friendly and shared his knowledge of our unit’s performance. He was very complimentary of the tech who installed our new units last year and the new duct work. Francisco was the lead on the outstanding install Bob speaks of. Thank you AC Pros for having excellent service technicians!
AC Pros is a great Air Conditioning Company. We have been happy customers since 1999. We recently had 2 new units installed and all the duct work replaced by this company. They did an excellent job. We are very happy and pleased with how efficient our systems are.
The service Jason provided was excellent!! He explained some things about our system to help us understand better. He was very professional & certainly seemed to have complete understanding of how our systems worked. I would welcome him back again to provide ongoing service. You should be proud of the way he conducts himself & if the knowledge he possesses—was most impressed!!
Sealed system with mastic insulated prep and installed new thermostat provided by customer
Performed a heat maintenance and everything tested well. The customer is having issues cooling the workout room. The windows are massive and are east facing. The only inefficiencies I saw in the ductwork was that they could’ve been hung better. I recommended that she maybe tint or shade the windows. I also suggested maybe upsizing some of the 4 seven inch ducts to eights or nines. Systems are cooling and heating properly.
Customer called and said that system wasn’t cooling properly. I checked the condenser for 240V and didn’t get it. I saw that one of the breakers on the outdoor disconnect was tripped. I think it tripped due to a power overload. While I was there, I went into the attic and noticed a lot of air leakage on the return side and a little in the supply side. I recommend we change the return plenum, level the drain pan, seal the coil where it attaches to the supply plenum, put armaflex on p trap, possibly change t stats out for customer. And maybe eliminate the second disconnect outside. System is cooling properly. Warranty Service Work.
Returned today and found the system to be operating similar to the way it was yesterday. I’ll put the thermostat in test mode and system came on briefly. After it shut off again, I looked in the CDA and found that the high-pressure cut out switch is open. I made temporary repair to the board to prove that there is a working switch. This will need to be addressed sooner than later so that it can take care of the compressor. I am leaving an estimate because this is a sweat in type high-pressure switch.
Completed with no cool on a 2016 trane upstairs gas horizontal in attic 3 ton variable communicating, unit running fine at this time of check up, compresor amos are a bit high, no issues found at this time. We would be sending Joel out to take a second look at unit before we replace any parts on this unit. Customer is okay with us coming out today or with a call any other day. Joel will need to collect service fee.
Homeowner is goimg to try and find a tstat to their liking that is 2stage compatible and give us a call to replace, changed filters while I was there, 16x25,4 and 20x25x4
Customer requested an estimate for a 3 system duct cleaning. I gave him an estimate for that and also 3 Reme Halos.
Drain pan wet, cleared out drain line, poured 5 full cups of water and made sure line was flowing. Homeowner signed up for 3 system maintenance
Checked furnace to see why the unit was not working. The older unit had a burnt HSI causing no ignition to burners. The other two units. I also checked we’re working properly.
3 system inspection, the 2 2016 systems are workimg properly, pressures are good, amps on compressor and fan are good, blower motor amps are good on both, capacitors are still in range, but would recommend changing. The 2006 r22 system condenser unit compressor is over amping, the fan is pulling high amps as well, capacitors have been replaced, the blower motor in the attic is running good though.
Completed with ac 2 on 2012 trane gas horizontal in attic, 3 ton upstairs and 5 ton main downstairs. Both units cooling at this time of check up. Found downstairs compresor start up amps higher than normal and upstairs capacitor has oil stains around it . Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs, downstairs condenser upgrade or complete. Added a hard start kit on main downstairs unit.
Replace 20 X 20 Grille, Add Full Bag of 16" Duct to new return with bends to quiet return, Replace 824 T-stat
Came out for no cool. Found blower motor at the furnace has went bad in turn freezing the coil. We already replaced the evap coil leaving replacement options for the furnace and condenser
