Bob is a very knowledgeable AC technician. He was efficient yet thorough in the preventive maintenance of our 2 units. He was friendly and shared his knowledge of our unit’s performance. He was very complimentary of the tech who installed our new units last year and the new duct work. Francisco was the lead on the outstanding install Bob speaks of. The service Jason provided was excellent!! He explained some things about our system to help us understand better. Performed air-conditioning maintenance on two systems. One is a 2016 install the other is a 2022 install. Both train systems are cooling perfectly at this time replaced both air filters we provided turned. system back to normal temperature.
AC performance tune up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and duct work. Changed out client supplied filter. Noted and photoed error code that thermostat had yesterday. Tested air conditioning with 100% compressor. System is cooling at manufacture specs at this time.
Preformed the fall maintenance on the 2 systems. Found both to be in excellent condition. No trace if gas or carbon monoxide at this time.

4 system gas furnace maintenance. All 2003 Trane XR80 furnaces. Master bedroom needs motor, hot surface igniter Downstairs main needs hot surface igniter and 10mfd fan capacitor Upstairs playroom needs new gas valve, igniter and 15mfd capacitor Upstairs theater needs igniter and 5mfd fan capacitor Homeowner moved in less than a year ago, he will se if he has a home warranty to make gas valve replacement. If not, he will have us replace the gas valve. As far as the igniters and capacitors. He stated he will replace those part himself.

Dispatched for a no cool single system business. System is a 10 ton split system with a faulty compressor. I am leaving a quote for a compressor, and I will get a quote for a new outdoor unit. Three phase.
Found both units not receiving power informed customer about getting a electrician out to figure out what is going on with the power he will do
Zac Preformed after install inspection and h/o has some concerns before paying. I will bring everything up to managers. system is working currently
Performed ac maintenance, replaced the upstairs filter for homeowner. They will have high merv rated filters at the next visit. Usually she uses merv 12-14 filters due to allergies. They mentioned that the downstairs seems to have difficulty cooling, checked system and found that the high stage cooling wire had slipped off of the the furnace terminal strip so system was only running in low stage for downstairs. After that minor repair the system kicked into high stage. Upstairs and downstairs are cooling great. The only recommendation that I have is to to install the two start assist kits for 10 year old compressors to extend their life.
Zac found capacitor has failed replaced it. office will call to collect as my app is not working.
Zac found capacitor bad and replaced with h/o approval. app was not working so I was unable to collect. h/o also wants maintenance done and will try and find the warranty paperwork.
Performed estimate for Mr. Michael. He is currently in Michigan and awaiting a 2nd estimate for this project from another vendor.sent estimates for 2 stage and variable via text and email.
Arrive to find system off. System was blowing inside, but it was room temperature air. Went to the unit outside and found the run capacitor to be swollen and defective. Removed and replace with turbo 200 X. Washed condenser coil. System is 20 years old.
